This company is just fantastic. WE ran a quick 1 week auction, I provided the photos and descriptions, sent then via email, could not have been easier. Plan to do a second one. The paid immediately, via a check sent FEDEX, Would highly recommend this auction house. Oh, the pick up day was easy too.

Participated in an auction with this company today for the first time. After the auction closes I get a message from a Mitch Rotker stating there was a bid glitch. I responded back that it was my first time using his company but it appears to be a shady operation. I would be very careful if you plan to use this company. I even sent an email asking to see the timestamps of the bids. Of course Mitch Rotker went silent. BUYER/BIDDER BEWARE!
Bought a video game that they claimed was working and tested, got it home and two of the main components have been removed from the machine. Call them up to complain and they told me that I should head tested it while I was there, which would’ve been impossible since they had already broken down the machine for voting purposes. They offered no help other than to try and reach the seller.
We have worked with Mitch and his hard working team for several years and he does an excellent job of handling the auction process. We have been very satisfied with their service.
Up to now I have had a great experience with the bidding and paying process. Easy bidding process. Will be back
