Dr. Shim is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He is very detailed in everything he does to make sure you receive a correct diagnosis. Once you receive a diagnosis, he lays out a treatment plan to ensure you receive proper care for your condition. I have seen many doctor but the majority are not as thorough as Dr. Shim

I cant say enough wonderful things about this office. I took my wife to see Dr Shim for an emergency appointment, They understood the severity of the pain she was in and were able to squeeze us in. the Dr him self is very straight forward, well informed and will tell you factually what is happening to your body. what can be done to improve / manage your pain. He dose not mince words, he tells you what you need to hear so you can move forward with your treatment the safest way possible. The front staff are the greatest, they were very reassuring and answered EVERY one of my questions no matter how silly or anxious i was to ask them. they walked us through what was happening every step of the way. , I wish i could remember the names of the other medical aides in the office and give them their well deserved credit. Even the person collecting blood work was amazing. my wife has always had problems giving blood, most techs usually have issues finding a suitable vein and yet this amazing woman was able to draw her blood on the first attempt with out even so much as a wince of pain. \we were lucky to find these people\ I keep telling my wife. its a scary process realizing you have RA, but these folks made us feel more at ease with their expertise
