I don't usually leave reviews but this location's staff has been horrible and very incompetent. I had to call them multiple times to remind them to do their job and put the extension in the system so I don't get charged late fees. All this effort didn't matter anyways because I still got charged late fees due to their incompetence. Also, good luck trying to get a hold of someone when you call, more often than not, they will just let it ring. I know who I'm not using in the future

My first experience there was great! The staff was friendly and provided me with all the rental option I had. They made sure I was well served and that the rental was matching with my car’s option. Manager made sure the car was clean before it was handed to me, I appreciate that little extra gesture. Rented a car on Friday afternoon, it wasn’t too busy so I was in and out in out of there in a short time.
I totally agree with the last reviewer. The staff at this location were completely unknowledgeable and unhelpful, to the point that I cancelled my reservation before even getting the car and opted to use another service. I had trouble changing my reservation online so I called the location and spoke to a woman, Darlene(?), who said I could extend my reservation by calling a 1-800 number. I called that number 4 times with no luck of speaking with a real person, so I called back the Rockville location and spoke with the manager, Mike. I have never spoken to a more unhelpful manager! He had no idea how I could get in touch with a person through the Reservations line, could not help me cancel my reservation without fees (even after having all of this trouble), and also could not even tell me an email or other method to get in contact with customer service. Really disappointing coming from the manager, but it didn't seem like he cared. After all this, he couldn't even waive the cancellation fee for me - I had to go seek out customer service on my own. Really pathetic business, so glad I am spending my money elsewhere.
Amazing customer service! The manager Alexis, is honestly one of the sweetest and most helpful people ever. She was absolutely fantastic with helping me get a rental car and answering all my questions when I called with some minor car trouble. She's the best!
One of the best rental companies and the staff is very organized and treats you with respect. I would definitely recommend people going to this place.
