I typically don’t write reviews, but feel compel to write a review for Home Tech because I had an exceptional experience. My first contact was with Albert, who was totally helpful and walked us through the process of replacing our roof, skylights and gutter guards. The installers were professional and when they completed the job, our home and yard were cleaned immaculately. Inspectors came after the job to ensure it was done correctly. Would recommend Home Tech without reservations.

this is an irresponsible company. they did low quality job but asking for a lot of money. After payment, they never answer your call. they left a hole on the wall after roof replacement. The installed a gutter without any cover and the gutter turn to be leaky soon because the accumulation of falling leaves.

Home Tech completely repaired my roof that had shingle damage as a result of the recent snow. A friend had referred me to the company, and they quickly responded to my inquiry and sent a member of the team out to help me. My original roof was a Firestone roof, and they are a Firestone certified company which gave me a great comfort level when it came to the repair. After presenting me with a detailed project scope, they executed on every component of the project, and gave me status updates as the roof was being repaired. I would highly recommend Home Tech to anyone dealing with a roof repair issue in the DC or Maryland area in the future.

Aaron was excellent. He coordinated everything with my insurance company. I was referred to him by coworkers that he had assisted. His estimates were 100% accurate. My roof was replaced during the Corona Virus pandemic. Aaron and his people did everything to make my family feel safe. Julie N. at the office was also of great assistance. I had a question on my bill and she researched it and responded quickly. I would certainly recommend HomeTech to my friends and neighbors.

EDIT: Happy to update this review and give a shout out to the Home Tech team for stepping up to make things right. Everyone is a little more than overwhelmed these days, and they've continued to reach out and check in to see if I need anything done and/or if they can make up for things in any way. Things go wrong - that's a given - but how you recover is vital. They've got the recovery down. Home Tech made it very challenging to use them. I wanted to use them, I wanted to employ them and pay them...but it was so difficult to get a call or email response when I needed something. Their voicemail box was always full, and when calling, it just goes to voicemail. Someone was scheduled to see my home and had to change the day and time at the last minute (had to re-arrange the work schedule again). When he did come, I was told that I would have an estimate 3 days later, but only got that today (12 days later) and only after badgering the company via email. When the estimate came through, it was addressed to someone else... I appreciate that they are likely very busy, but I was made to feel unwanted and unimportant, so I will not be choosing to work with them.
