They went above and beyond to help us select the right piano, gave us a very a reasonable price, and had it delivered soon after placing our order (especially during the pandemic). I'm a professional composer, teacher and pianist; and I've known Tom, Andy and Ken for many years now. When I finally decided to invest in a new piano for my home studio, I didn't think of going anywhere other than Jordan Kitt's. I found Tom Grace to be very knowledgeable about the pianos, very straightforward, and not once did I feel pressured into buying anything. Ultimately I found what I was looking for, I made a decision and the delivery was scheduled. The movers were professional, efficient, and they took care of removing my old piano as well as bringing in the new one. I could not have been happier with my experience, and the new piano is a truly superb instrument. When making a serious investment like buying a piano, it's important to find a seller who's trustworthy. I am originally from the DMV area and have been active professionally here as a musician for many years, and I know the people at Jordan Kitt's to be kind, knowledgeable, down to earth and honest.

I found Andy, my sales person, to be extremely knowledgeable and was able to match my needs to several great pianos. I was given plenty of time to sit and try each one in order to choose the one I liked best. Andy gave me a great deal on the piano. And he worked with me on a pickup time that was very convenient. The piano was ready to go when we arrived, and they loaded onto our trailer for us. Andy was also very quick to respond when I had a question after I got home. All in all, it was a great experience - and I am enjoying my piano greatly!

I have had a dream of having a piano at home for a long time. I have researched upright pianos, baby grands, different brands and costs. More recently I learned about the digital pianos, with great sound, less maintenance, and certainly more within the budget...I got down to 2 main brands, and found Jordan Kitt's Music on the website of both brands as store to go for purchase in my area. At the store I received outstanding service of Mr. Andy Carignan. He was able to answer all my questions. Not only that, but he also spent the time showing me 2 pianos in detail, and went beyond to tell about additional features of each, providing me with all info I needed to decide on what instrument to purchase. He also explained to me in detail the options for payment and financing, with each manufacturer. The next 48 hours were followed by some emails exchange (even during his day off) about details important for me to make the decision. When I made the decision about what to get, I really wanted the piano, like, tomorrow...:-). Well, Mr. Carignan verified final price and availability in stock between Sunday and Monday. After I gave the green light, he was able to schedule the delivery with in home assembly on the following Thursday (48-72 hr). I must mention that I did check on prices, payment options and delivery scheduling at a different store, and was impressed that what Mr Carignan managed to deliver in 5 days (from first step in the store) would have taken 30-45 days in other stores. I have been back to the store for small details and accessories and have been equally well assisted. The instrument is beautiful. My kids love it. I love it.
