It is a lovely shop with many selections to choose from. I had such a pleasant experience with everyone from the sales person in the store to the upholster to delivery. It was very easy and I am very happy with the final product. They did an excellent job. I had my dining room chairs done and they were a gift from my mother-in-law. Even she approved and had her sofa done with Mill End Shops. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mill End Shops is a fabulous company that reupholstered my very old sun damaged chairs. They have tons of gorgeous quality fabrics and Lorraine is a wonderful design expert who I worked with. My chairs were picked up from my home and delivered soon after looking brand new! Elliot and Mill End staff are great I will be back soon!!!
Elliot was a pleasure to deal with and a gentleman; the work was very good and the installer was very good (Chris); however, the time frame to complete the project was a little to long in my opinion, but overall I would use them again as Mill End has done almost my entire home with custom made treatments.
Elliot at Mill End Shops was so very kind and helpful and spent the time to ensure I had the proper knowledge to get my curtains perfect. He really went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Even from the very beginning when I called to ask about the store hours, he was so nice. He asked my name and greeted me when I entered the store. You can tell he takes pride in his business and will make sure you are satisfied before you leave. If you want the true personal touch, I recommend coming here.
I don't typically write reviews about any companies, but Mill End Shops has been just AMAZING! My husband and I have been returning customers of Mill End Shops. We have ordered draperies and sheers from them and we absolutely love it! The work has been completed extremely fast with high-quality materials. Everybody was super nice and helpful there. We definitely recommend Mill End Shops to anybody who is looking for a great custom interior decor company. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!
