We went to Offenbacher's for two fireplace upgrades. One for a conversion from wood to gas and the other for new front doors. We were requested to place 150 down for the in home estimate. that was over a month ago. No response to my inquiries, no proposal, no design review. There has been no attempt to return our money nor complete the estimate and design. Maybe next year we'll be able to use them. I recommend going somewhere else.
