Terrific service! From the first phone call contact and conversation, as well as the inspection itself was an absolute A-1 experience! I couldn't have asked for or expected any better. Everyone- from the phone reception person to the two fine gentlemen who came to our house- were friendly, knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. They were a pleasure to do business with, and I would recommend Priddy to anyone needing chimney service.

Your employees Fernando and Jose were terrific last Thursday. . They arrived early, were professional and friendly, explained everything they were doing, They walked us through what was done when they were finished. They finished in one day rather than the expected two days. Fernando showed us how to use the top damper and showed us what he had done with the flue attached to the water heater. They told us to let the chimney dry out for several days. We used the fireplace today for the first time. The draft was faster than before. And there was no back up smoke in the basement. . These folks were great! Super fast. Excellent price! (I did have an Angie's list coupon which provided a great discount.) I noticed that my chimney cap had been blown off recently, not sure how long it had been like that. Priddy Chimney had a crew in my area and could do the install SAME DAY! The team was quick, professional, and cleaned up after themselves (unlike some contractors). Quick and easy job for them. Great price for me. I would certainly hire them again!
