A review -- Purofirst crews were top-notch and helped us through three separate flood and water damage situations in our home in 2018. Crew leaders and members were knowledgeable, hard working, and had great attention to detail. Purofirst made unpleasant and upsetting situations better by inspiring trust and confidence in their skill and problem solving abilities.
We had a leak in our roof that we didn't find until the water had soaked the an area of the plaster ceiling and caused the paint to discolor and fall off. After I had the roof fixed, I called a painter who told me the plaster needed to be completely dry before we repaint to eliminate the possibility of mold. I found Purofirst in the Best Pick Reports and called. They were out the next day! They tested the degree of moisture and recommended a method for drying everything out over the weekend. It worked! They came by this morning to do a last check before removing their equipment. I could not have asked for a more professional and knowledgeable team. They knew exactly what to do and then did it fast and to the letter. Great job. Highly recommend this company if you have any water damage in your home.
