Carlos and his team were absolutely one of the most professional, honest, hard working group of people I’ve ever met. I had a massive sewage backup into my large basement and lost all the contents of the basement including a bathroom and huge built ins. I started with another company that was doing a sub-par job insisting that things like the bathroom tile, shower and built ins did not need to be removed. Carlos came in and immediately recognized that was not the case. His crew began doing more demolition after the other crew said they were “done”. He found more raw sewage under the tile, toilet, shower, sink, built-ins etc. They worked for two more days removing everything that needed to go. I’ve had several contractors in to look at what will need to be done to put the basement back together and every single one of them has said the remediation was top notch and they are thrilled to be following this clean up crew. Honestly I can’t say enough good things. They were respectful of my kids, my pets, my unaffected floors and made sure I was aware of all of their finding and any work they recommended being done. It’s stressful enough losing so many personal items and realizing it will be months before you get 1/3 of your house back to being useable....having a crew that are happy to help you and do the right job makes it a lot easier to cope with.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of work that SERVPRO provides. We had an unexpected fire in our unit a few weeks ago and SERVPRO came the next day to begin the clean up. I was so impressed on how quickly they began and how detailed they are in the clean up! One of their workers, Argelis Nunez, was extremely helpful and professional in his work and communication to me. He explained the clean up process in detail and would keep me updated daily on the progress of the condo. The company does an outstanding job to help families that go through this and felt like I could rely on Argelis and his team in doing an excellent job cleaning and taking care of my home. I'm extremely appreciative of all their work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing help after a fire.

We had a major flood in our house due to a sprinkler. They were at our house within hours and started cleanup. The next days we’re back doing demo work. They were all so very professional. They called us and kept us updated about all they were doing. Leo was in charge and was AMAZING! I would highly recommend them for any kid of cleanup job you would need!
