The carpets looked dirty after cleaning and rust left behind on carpet. I had used Stanley Steemer in Virginia Beach VA twice and they were wonderful.. My experience this time, the carpets look dirty not clean and they left some rust spots behind. I will never use Stanley Steemer in Germantown MD again and will not recommend to friends and family. I want a refund.
Cleaned clothes dryer vent & ductwork. They were prompt, professional, and explained what they were doing. They answered all my questions and offered expert advice. Outstanding service and powerful equipment. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer.
Never contact here. I talked more than 30 minutes for steam the carpet and got the correct estimated price. I told the exact number of rooms, the number of floors and location. The cost was good so I made a reservation. The person who arrived on the same day raised a ridiculous 250 and showed a re-estimated price. They give you a cheap quote over the phone even we provide the correct room size and just come over with a ridiculous price. Even they aren't on time and don't tell you when they'll arrive, making you wait all day long.
Lowell Brophy was excellent. He was professional, efficient, and explained everything very well. I had originally planned to just do the steam cleaning, but after talking with Lowell, added the protection and deodorizer. He was personable and responsive. Thank you!
