I can’t say enough about the care that Synergy Home Care provided for my Dad in the last year of his life. Previously, we had a very large agency where we felt more like a number — that our concerns weren’t heard and that there wasn’t much thought given to aide assignments. Our experience with Synergy was the complete opposite. From day one, they took great care to match my parents with a compatible aide who was an amazing caregiver. Synergy was highly responsive to any concerns we had. Their caregivers are very responsible and personable. Tthe leadership team is incredibly responsive. I highly recommend Synergy to anyone seeking caring, individualized home health services.

Synergy HomeCare is so responsive and flexible. They take the time to match the caregivers to the patient. All the caregivers were very knowledgeable in regards to the health techniques of various issues (catethers, insulin, physical therapy). In addition, all were very compassionate and kind.
I used Synergy of Rockville a lot over the past 2 years for my parents and as a benefit through my employer and the Bright Horizons partnership. With 1 or 2 exceptions, Synergy was always able to fill our staffing needs , even for last minute requests. Caregivers were reliable, nice, and generally good at what they did. Like any service, some worked better for our needs then others, but you could always request the caregiver of your choice. My parents were 98 - 100 when I used Synergy, and they had a variety of issues. I would recommend Synergy for your caregiving needs.
Synergy has provided excellent homecare. They are completely reliable – never a no-show. Every Synergy homecare giver over time has been kind, respectful, and helpful. Our longtime Synergy homecare giver is a blessing. We do not need to tell her what things need to be done. She notices on her own and does more to help than we would ever have thought of. We look forward to her visits. She is like family for us.
