We engaged The Gibbs Law Firm to represent us in a joint venture deal that was surely headed to court to be resolve. Amir Gibbs was able to step in and save us tons of money and time in court litigation and legal fees. First, he exposed that our partner counsel was misrepresenting himself and didn't have a right to practice law in state of Maryland. Secondly, he was able to illustrate and convince our partner company (who was the majority shareholder), that its would be in the best interest of both parties to give the Joint Venture (JV) more time to resolve matters that were out of control of both partner companies control. Within 4 months later, all pending matters was finally resolved by the government. The end result over the next 3 years the JV had grossed in the excess of 4M in revenue. Kudos to The Gibb Law Firm!
