In 2009 I was referred, by House Hearing Clinic in Los Angeles CA, to The Treatment and Learning Center for assistance with analysis of my hearing issues and ultimate purchase of hearing aids. I found them to be excellent at their craft and have dealt with them ever since. In addition, over the years, my wife and I have become familiar with most of the services that they offer and have come to know many of the associates as well as management quite well. We have not only found all of them to be good at what they do, but their objectives are totally on target and oriented to help the patients or clients that come to them as well as serving the surrounding community to the best of their ability. you will not only find their talents to be good but their ATTITUDE is exceptional. I highly recommend TTLC for whatever endeavor in whatever field that you are considering.

William M. Steinberg GI Board Review

I am a physician and have been receiving my ear care at The Treatment and Learning Centers for years. I am under the care of Susan Yaffe-Oziel who is a wonderful audiologist. She goes the extra mile to make sure my hearing aids are the proper ones for me. She and her staff are always available to make corrections and to try out new aids as they become available. I have referred all my physician colleagues to her and they are also satisfied clients. I give her and TLC my highest rating. Bill Steinberg

Both my mother (who is 97) and I (I am 73) have had nothing but the best of experiences with The Treatment and Learning Centers, where Susan Yaffe-Oziel has been the primary person working with us to help with our hearing problems. She and Nina and the other audiologists we have occasionally seen when Susan was not available have unfailingly been respectful, thoughtful, smart about what needed to be done, and efficient. Nancy, the main receptionist, is always warm and welcoming, and the other person who is sometimes at the desk and who I think is named Linda (I am overtired at the moment and apologize if I got that wrong) is the same. Over decades of accompanying Mother to audiologists in three different cities across the US, I have never been as happy and felt as secure that she was getting good care as at TLC. That's why I had Susan check my hearing for what I assumed would just be to get a baseline, and when she told me that I had borderline hearing loss and COULD either get or not get hearing aids, I had by then learned that getting them early can help prevent or reduce development of dementia, so I got them and have little trouble with them. Mother's hearing loss is severe, and Susan's problem-solving abilities have been crucial, as has her patience about trying to figure out puzzling things.

They helped and provided us the best advice we've ever received from any therapist as to how to help our son. I can't say enough good things about them.
