Don’t send your loved one here. They discharged my mother with a bed sore that is fairly large when they promised they would prevent these from happening. There was several occasions where we had to call the therapists or doctor on our own to find out her progress instead of them telling us. The doctor came off as having a big ego and unprofessional. The social worker never informed us that insurance coverage had ended, and now the insurance is charging us for the last few days she was there. My mom was there for 2 months and they never washed her hair, their excuse was she refused them to do so. This is unacceptable because now her hair is a complete mess and difficult to clean. Upon discharge they didn’t provide any useful information leaving us to figure things out ourselves. Furthermore, the front desk lady, I think her name’s Trish, is very rude and should not be working at the front desk. On the day of discharge we were trying to go to the floor where my mom was staying but she refused us because we were not on some “list”. This was ridiculous considering it would only have taken couple mins and made everyone’s job easier. And to make matters worse she asks us to wait outside in the cold while the nurses would bring my mom. Horrible. Avoid this place at all costs.

These guys do very quick construction.
Made a delivery for the job. From what I can see, it looks really nice. Not open yet.
Rigorous protocols to prevent Covid spread. Staff pleasant but firm in enforcing them.
From the negative reviews of this place, it is imperative that Senior Spokespersons who are intelligent, experienced, caring, and compassionate toward disabled seniors be hired to speak for seniors who are alone; and who cannot speak for themselves. No human being should be ignored, left unclean, unfed, unmedicated, allowed to develop infections and bedsores, and let to die, because they are considered difficult and a burden, and cannot speak for or defend themselves. Nursing homes should be about caring and compassion, not convenience of staff, negligence, cruelty, and corporate profits. No patients should ever be ignored, and left to die. Remember, all patients are paying customers who have given all they have to reside in senior care facilities. Most patients were caring and kind persons. All patients deserve humane care.
