I've been there this morning. Arrived at 8:40am and there were only 2 people ahead of me. A very kind lady greeted me nicely. After waiting about 10 mins the gentleman at the desk helped me. I've got what I was asking for. It's a very friendly and helpful place.

I like less crowded places. And for some reason, this place was almost empty when we got there. Finished my work ontime and headed home much before i was expecting! But... Make sure u take a more than 1hr parking validation sticker! They charge you for parking even if u are a minute over.

Called them by phone. I actually got a person to talk to! (I had been on the phone all morning,dialing published IRS numbers and talking to robots who repeated only what I had already found on the website.) This real person connected me to an internal IRS number where I was able to talk to another real person and get the answers I needed (which were not on the website!). They have a live person on the phone, who actually knows what to do next. What a wonderful resource! Thank you.
