We are so happy we chose Essential Steps for our daughter. She has been attending for almost a year and has learned so much. It is so nice to go to work knowing that she is in such wonderful hands. Their communication is great and she has so much fun. We wouldn’t choose anywhere else for our little one.
Essential Steps is not a good place for kids. First of all, staff are not able to manage there; most of the time I saw they sit on their chairs and eat snacks! and children play with not enough controls. Because of this mismanagement, children have issues there and often time staff try to hide realities from parents and show everything is fine at Essential Steps. Also, some of their staff discriminate between children; as I mentioned above, they are not able to manage the place so try to finger point a child and show him or her as a center of all of their issues so, they put too much stress on some of the kids whom they don't like! I don't recommend Essential Step as a good place to grow kids; you just waste your money and your kid will be mad after while.
Essential steps is not just an ordinary daycare it is to many of us that have used them for many years a great learning place, my kids learned to read & count there which gave them a great foundation to be one step ahead at kindergarten, the owners are very hard & accesible working women Roxane & Cassie thank you!!!
My daughter attended this daycare for 6 months before I decided to stay home with her. We LOVE this facility. She loves going, they take care of her and communicate well. Since we have been home, she asks about \school\ every day. We really miss it.
