Extremely disappointed in the professionalism especially after we were referred to them by a mutual friend. Often ignored our concerns, left exposed wire on pool wall, and gave us a broken pool cleaner and refuses to replace it. Pools are extremely expensive and they don’t deserve your money!

Lake Pointe built our pool 19 years ago. When was time for a replaster, we went with Lake Pointe. They were attentive to details 18 years ago but that has fallen by the wayside. We are very disappointed in the replaster work. There was little attention to detail, namely brushing the new plaster. Contract indicated there would be 2 brushings, neither occurred. Lake Pointe did have the plaster company come out and do a second acid wash (still no brushing). However, while this did help some, the plaster still looks bad. Had the attention to detail been there when it should have, the final results would have been better.
A pool builder. Lots of design knowledge and recommendations for what I needed and didn’t need. On the job site daily, very responsive to all my questions or concerns. Highly recommend them, they went above and beyond my expectations and a final product with top notch equipment and features. The end result is I got exactly the pool I had envisioned! Couldn’t be happier.
Our pool has changed our life!! We can actually use and enjoy our backyard now. We had an idea of the pool we wanted and the team at Lake Pointe Custom Pools brought it to fruition. We love our beautiful pool!!
