Dr.Young is amazing at what he does. I appreciated his approach to my situation, and the fact that surgery wasn’t his first answer. Fast forward after every attempt to fix me without, we did surgery. I’m blown away with how fast I recovered, and the minimal pain I felt. I would do it all over again if I had to, would give Dr.Young a 10/10 as well!

My daughter had been ill with a sore throat for a month. She had been on two antibiotics, oral steroids, and a steroid shot. I called Lakeside ENT and they were able to get us in earlier when I told them I suspected she had an abscess. The staff was kind, they Wylie office was clean, and Dr. Chang was excellent with her. She did have an abscess, and he walked her through the procedure with details. He made her comfortable, and she wanted to be sure that when we rescheduled the follow-up we were able to see him. Thank you Dr. Chang and staff for a good experience during a bad situation.

Unfortunately google only gives you the option of one star opposed to zero or negative stars. I think it’s quite ridiculous that they want to charge you for a follow up when you’ve already paid for a visitation. How can you possibly get the correct diagnosis of ailment if you cannot have a follow up to see improvement or needing a continuation of therapy? I am in no way recommend this facility for anyone. They are a money pit. They don’t care about your health, they want your co-pay. That’s it.

I didn’t feel comfortable with Dr.Youngs diagnosis nor do I think he was correct. Also don’t forget your dr note while your there because they won’t email it to you.
