We had multiple people come out and give a bid and design before meeting with Pool Stop. Once we met with them we immediately new they were the ones to build our pool. It was beautiful. The whole process from beginning to end was great. The project manager was always available to answer any questions that we might of had. I highly recommend this company

From start to finish, Pool Stop went above and beyond and completely exceeded our expectations for a pool build. Our pool was completed, start to finish, within 65 days! We worked with Andrew on the design, and he brought my idea to life! Josh was our PM and he was the best! He answered all of our questions, no matter how simple, silly, or complex; trades arrived when they said they would and they were professional, as well as neat and tidy with their work. But most importantly, Josh treated our build as if it were the only one - and needless to say he had several projects running at a time. Rae was always super responsive and very efficient and prompt with our account as well! If you are considering a pool build, I would highly recommend Pool Stop! Thank you to everyone at Pool Stop for an outstanding experience!
We just completed construction of our second pool with Pool Stop. We first became a customer in 2016 and were very happy with our pool and spa. Their design was perfect for our backyard and our family. It took 13 weeks from excavation to plaster. We never had any issues with the pool over the 4 years we enjoyed it. Fast forward to 2020, we moved into a new house and interviewed multiple companies. Although Pool Stop was not the least expensive, we were comfortable with their quality and the fact that they’re located right in Rockwall. Their design center made it easy to choose materials. This time the construction only took 6 weeks and they set an expectation of 6-8. The co-constrict app was a big help in providing visibility to all our documentation, phases of construction, photos of the progress and communication between us and our project manager, Victor. We were lucky enough to work with Victor both times we built and cannot say enough good things about his professionalism and responsiveness. Even when we or the inspector didn’t notice certain things Victor pointed them out and took care of them. Highly recommend Pool Stop!

This company gives their vehicles to unprofessional drivers who are careless and unwilling to accept their mistakes. My son was driving through legacy west in Plano on Nov 2 at 6:40PM. One of their drivers was parked and trying to exit. As my son approached the truck this driver decides to pull out without yielding. Thinking it was an honest mistake my son proceeded normally and let it go. The employee then proceeds to drive 5MPH and upon confronting him about this he says you should not drive that fast here. FYI the speed limit is 15MPH and my son was driving at 14MPH exactly. I have reviewed the footage from the cars dashcam and can provide it to anyone who would like to review it. Please do not do business with a company who does not care about your safety. I am shocked they employ such people to build pools in peoples homes. The truck was a Nissan Frontier with temp tags.
