We had an all-around great experience with Quest RV Rental. Robyn was so helpful and never lost patience with our many questions and requests. ; -) The unit itself was perfect for three weeks of travel to Colorado national parks and extended family visits with our ten-year-old grandson. The vehicle ran perfectly, as did everything else - the shower, sinks, toilet, etc. We rented a grill as well as an ice maker, and they were clean and in good working order. Check-in, walk-thru, and check-out were all quick and easy. Thanks to Quest RV for helping us make great memories with our grandson! Gina & John

We recently had to relocated my 98 year old grandmother from Dallas to Detroit. Rented the U23 Thor motor home from Quest RV. and had an awesome experience, Sandy was very helpful in picking out the right camper to fill our needs. Camper was clean and everything was in great condition. Queen bed was perfect for grandma to rest along the trip. Staff was very informative in setting everything up. Cant wait for another reason to take a road trip so we can ride in style again, maybe for her 100th birthday!
We recently rented Quest's Coachmen Beyond 23-foot unit for a month-long, 3200-mile trip. The unit was nearly brand new, clean and well prepared for our rental. Easy to drive, with tandem rear wheels -- very stable in wind and rain. Quest support for us first-timers was great, and they were available for texts and calls even late on a Sunday evening. Highly recommended!
Excellent RV for a great price. My family and I rented the 2021 Hurricane for a trip through the desert and mountains of West Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado. The RV was ready on time, clean, and had zero mechanical problems during our 2000 mile 10 day trip. The staff was courteous and explained everything I needed to know to operate the 36’ RV. The return was easy even though we got back to Dallas late at night and after closing hours as they have a program for that. We loved the RV and will definitely rent from Quest RV again. I have rented RVs from other companies in the past, and this was my best experience yet.
My wife and I rented a class C RV from Quest RV this past September. We were celebrating a very special occasion and spontaneously went into the location to book the RV for next day. We sat down with Sandy (who was amazing) and got everything ready quickly. I received an e-mail later that day to inform us that the RV would be ready two hours earlier than what they told us, which was great because we were ready to enjoy our little spontaneous vacation. The day we went to pick it up, we also met Helen which greeted us with all smiles. Although I've driven vehicles a lot larger (MTVR), this was my first time driving an RV. We had a very thorough walk around with a gentleman that explained everything there was to know. The staff there were so friendly and made us feel like family. Sandy even came into the RV right before we were about to leave to give us a little present from the Quest RV team. Such an awesome time and such an awesome group of people! It was such a short notice trip and they made it happen for us. This is now our go to place and they have made lifetime customers! We plan on coming back in December, see you guys then ) !!! -Jason & Jennifer
