Transported my daughter who was 17 at the time of her accident and was on my insurance and still is. ends up that they are not under contract with any insurance carriers. so I am responsible for the full amount which is fine, I call to negotiate the bill since paying cash, they wont talk to me because my daughter who is now 18 is the patient, but I am listed on the bill as responsible party, but they wont speak with me to get it paid because of hippa laws. refusing payment, how about that and they keep sending me bills. I told them good luck collecting that from a student. UPDATE: 01-09-18 ,The business that collects for Rockwall EMS ended up being the issue. I contacted the EMS office in Rockwall directly and spoke with them. She (A_y) had my issue resolved in less than 30 minutes after battling the billing office they use for over 11 months. They were very apologetic and sincere that this went on for so long. Thanks so much!

I had an aneurysm and they didn't turn the sirens on. They act as if it wasn't an emergency. They weren't even driving fast.
