I have taken my company truck here twice, both times were not very pleasant. First time I needed an oil change dropped it off and got a call 8hrs later telling me it was done, they didn't mention that they had to do other work to it and it would take longer. My second time is today I have now I've been waiting waiting on my 100K service for almost 8 hrs, after calling too check if it was done I was told I would have to talk to my service rep who will not be there for another 20 minutes about why my truck is taking so long, I asked if there was somebody else to talk to and they said no. I was told when I made my appointment that the service should only take 2-4 hours, maybe they had to do more work? If so it would have been nice to get a phone call.
