I told my friends about this place with my highest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The meals are delicious and the stuff is efficient and cooperative. Every time we eat in this place we pass a gorgeous time. warmly recommended.

We went for lunch on a Saturday and it was not busy at noon. We were greeted right away and had a great seat on the patio. The food was served quickly and was great! Shortly after we were seated it became busier. Sideways does have regular live music on a small stage so definitely don't miss going on a busier night for dinner. Parking is usually difficult because there really isn't enough and quite a bit of the spaces are taken up by valet or the hotel. Valet is 7 and is worth it on a busy night.
If you like bbq, you need to go here. Chopped beef sandwich is greatness and with so much flavor, you don't need the awesome sauce that comes with it. Overlooking Lake Ray Hubbard, it makes for an ideal lunch spot. Live music on Saturday night, cold beer on tap and great food make this place a must.
Great portions. Had tasty chopped brisket sandwich, yummy fried pork ribs appetizer, creamed corn and beans. All really good. Leftovers for lunch the next day
Atmosphere is great! Music was too loud before 7:30 pm... we were yelling at our table mates to be heard. I'm sorry to say that I was not very impressed with the meal. I ordered the pulled pork and coleslaw. There were parts of the pork that were so hard I had to move them aside. Part of the meat was moist, but most of it was very dry. The coleslaw was pink...and had such a strong vinegar taste it was hard to eat. I had my table mates try it to be sure my taste buds were on track. Hopefully they will work out the kinks. This has the potential to be a great spot for food and music, but needs more attention to the details.
