I had a wonderful experience here. The nurses are so nice and caring. My doctor was awesome and explained everything clearly. They answered all my questions and were so nice. I am so glad that I went here. I felt comfortable and relaxed for my procedure. Thank yall so much.

WARNING!!! FIND ANOTHER SPINE TEAM!!! STT led me down a path of \treatment\ which lasted all year, and then the Man in charge denied me an appointment to receive the FINAL INJECTION. Wouldn't schedule me before my insurance coverage ended. It will cost me THOUSANDS of dollars out of pocket after Jan 1. It would be FREE before that date. OF COURSE, THAT'S CHUMP CHANGE TO THE SPINE TEAM DIRECTORS. THEY TOOK MY INSURANCE FOR NEAR 100,000. I had surgery, which was followed by video therapy without so much as a post surgery evaluation. How do you prescribe therapy for a patient who hasn't had an evaluation. I had trouble getting appointments, nobody answered the phones, nobody returns emails, communication is virtually non-existent. AND WHEN I NEEDED THEM TO COMPLETE MY TREATMENT, THEY SAID: \TOO BAD. GIVE US MORE MONEY!

Went to see Dr Cooper with back and neck issues. Dr Cooper was thorough, took his time to explain problems and options, and listened to what I had to say and any questions, wasn't hurried. Nurses, assistants and X-ray tech were all great. Will definitely go to them again.

Dr. Berg is fantastic. He gave me my mobility back. He spent alot of time with me , I never felt rushed. I'm very pleased with the entire experience. His staff should also be commended- effective and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Berg and the Spine Team !
