I'm very happy with the couch I purchased, though, for 600 I wish the legs were made of wood and not plastic. I came here because other stores had a 3-4 week wait for furniture deliveries and I was moving within days. I was charged 80 for delivery and an extra 10 because we were on the third floor (no elevator). I gladly paid that for the convenience of next day delivery. The saleswoman and delivery men were great. Edit: I came back almost exactly a year later (March 2019) to look for bedroom furniture. Kyra is a gem! Though we didn't buy anything today, she was very helpful and funny! She's the type of saleswoman who makes the customer feel comfortable and welcome

Louis was awesome and super helpful and quick and very multitaskable. He seamlessly moved between myself and another customer as he was the only staff available at the moment. I was amazed with the selection and variety and the price was to die for! Thanks Louis!

I dealt with Luis GARCIA and he was the most professional and friendly staff member on. He helped me picked the perfect sofas for my new home and gave us his full options in a respectful manner. But, The reasoning for my 3 stars was the manager on duty. He was very standoffish. I am a regular and I always purchase furniture from this company but the last encounter was not the greatest. I purchased over 2000 in furniture and one of the couches we got was a floor model because they didn’t have any in stock. We were going back and forth with the manager giving us a small percentage off as it has been used and on the floor for some time. After the back and forth he agreed to give us a small percentage off of the sofa which we were grateful for but then he wanted to sell my husband and I a floor model TV stand at full price. It was dinged up pretty bad and his answer was “you can take this one at full price or you’re just going to have to wait until we get more in” , in a very rude tone. He kept going on talking over Mr.Garcia as Garcia tried to finish the sell. I did not appreciate his tone. I have read the reviews and saw that I am not the only customer with problems encountered and I hope you guys take proper actions for his attitude and lack of professionalism. If it wasn’t for Garcia this review would of been half a star. THANK YOU GARCIA!!

I am very thankful to have visited the Rocky Hill location because Mr. Garcia did a fabulous job helping my family pick out furniture for a good deal and fair price. He walked me through the financing and set my expectations straight. He was very responsive getting back to me if I faced any issue and overall very pleasant to deal with. He went above and beyond and I certainly recommend anyone to visit Mr. Garcia for a good shopping experience. I leave this review after visiting many local and chain furniture stores but because of the customer service I received from Mr. Garcia I will certainly come back for more furniture here. 1/5 - I'm editing the review to add comments about the furniture itself. I purchased a Millie bedroom set. Delivery does not include assembly like other stores however, so I decided to assemble it myself. It was not a daunting task. If you have 2 people and can read instructions well, you can assemble everything without problems. I would ask American Frieght to consider offering delivery and assembly combined service like other stores. Mille bedroom set has not disappointed so far. The only issue is the bed's headboard sways so reading upright on the bed is not advisable. Besides that, the frame is sturdy.

I purchased 2 beds from this location. One of the beds broke within a month. Luckily i purchased insurance. 2 months after the claim still nothing ! And the customer service is poor. Pay the extra couple bucks for bigger brand stuff and their warranty
