It was pleasure working with Rob. He was friendly, professional, and responsive. Fernando who installed the floors was also amazing. He installed very quickly and floors look awesome. I highly recommend them.

My floors look amazing !! I can’t believe how well they came out. I did a lot of research and received quotes from 4 business before choosing Rob & his team. They were very responsive, quick, and did quality work. I would highly recommend.

They did amazing work for a great price. When we pulled out carpets our floors were a mess with water stains, paint, and screws. They took the extra time to make some repairs to our floors and made them absolutely seamless. We also had them install hardwood in our foyer. It came out beautiful. They were also very easy to get in touch with. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for hardwood refinishing and staining for a great price.

Had a bedrooms, living room and a hallway refinished. Bedroom and living room floor boards needed replacing. Once replaced, you could not tell that any repairs were made. Both rooms and hallway came out fantastic. Now planning on refinishing the stairs and I know who I'm calling back!! P.S. Great prices as well...I strongly recommend them

He clearly has a wide range of talent levels among his staff, as I very clearly got the “backup” crew. - They didn’t clean properly before sealing in dirt, pine needles and other visible debris to the floor. (No joke, I found a screw sealed to my floor. So, I obviously plucked it free and now have exposed wood in the silhouette of a screw). -Thousands of hard tiny bubbles that aren’t visible when standing, but are very noticeable when running your hands over the floors. I’d imagine these will wear away over time with the wear of walking over them continuously, but A.) That’s not what I paid for. And B.) dirt/dust gets caught up against and around them as the floor isn’t...smooth. - They legitimately never even put in an entire plank of wood behind my radiator pipes to the wall when replacing the existing floor, (Which is where they should have started the project). So, there’s a 2” gap next to the wall that stuff continually falls down to the subfloor.
