Needed help on electric and food. I had a jod. However, i had worked minimal hours in one week to pay for my home and electric bill. Its been a month and they still haven't helped me out and so my electric will get cut off and I will have to go to a food bank to get out of date food!

Better service than Nash County. Anyone is better than Nash County but Effective satellite in Rocky Mount is clean and inviting. The employees know what they are talking about too.

The projects of welfare always arguing and carrying on the employees are unprofessional at best. Listen ladies its called professionalism in the work place not let's get ratchet in here.

Everytime I try to call I never get an answer so i have to call back multiple times. They always sound angry on the phone not really helpful at all I just think it's really unprofessional. Step it up RM
