Ordered a Trainer from this place on Dec-18-2020, also known as “black47bikes.com” online. They blamed their credit card payment processors have to hold for 90 days before it is cleared. After payment is cleared then they will ship. But previous phone calls and emails with Liam said that it will clear by Jan 2. 1 month wait become 10 weeks, and now saying 90 days to clear. I have the whole email thread to document this transaction. I am not saying they are fraudulent, but very bad business practices and terrible customer service. Please dont be me again.

Buyer beware. Liam cannot or refuses to ship product and then continually promises future delivery dates, each one passing with no email communication from him. After 3 months, I asked him for a full refund to shop elsewhere, and he refused to give me my money back. I had to take the issue up with VISA, which after investigation of my claim, refunded me in full. Liam responded by sending me profamity-laced and unstable emails.
