Finding our car, the one we didn't know we were looking for so effortlessly that rod have held was a nice change. The buying process even the paperwork it was pretty painless Jordan worked with us and he was great we're very happy with another good deal it's a beautiful car

They sold me a car that i find out when trying to trade in that has not one but 2 front end car wrecks. Found out because Pinnacle Ford pulled it. I called and the salesman got very nasty with me. Telling me they are not required to give a car facts. He told me that he was jot going to listen to me complaining about it. They don't know what's wrong with a car and it's not their concern. And he hung up on me. Well, Pinnacle said it is true they don't have too. But they do because it is the right thing to do. They give a carfax with every car they sale. If l were you I would not buy a car from them. Not to mention they sold it for triple what its worth. I am devastated. I am sick too because I took my son to them and am praying they didn't hijack him too. They CANNOT be trusted. Please run from that car lot.

They are all liars there bait and switch at its finest. I purchase a new truck every year , l looked up a new truck on autotrader and it was listed at a good price. I called in and asked about the truck then asked the price it was over 3300.00 more than advertised and please don't mention the advertised price because they start getting upset and rude

I bought a truck this week. They worked with me on the price and trade in. They're internet was down Saturday so I had to go back Tuesday. I had driven the truck a couple of days and had concerns about noises it was making. I was told they would have someone look at it. I was told a couple of things to put me off but all they were worried about was making the sale. So far the truck is okay, but I am concerned about the noise. I wish I had waited to buy from a more reputable dealer.
