We recently purchased our car from here and after dealing with many dealerships over the years I wanted to write this review because it is unlike any dealership we have been to. There is a unique, no pressure and very customer friendly vibe when you browse a car at this location. This ultimately lead us to purchase our perfect New ride. Thank you to Jeff in the sales department for the honest and smooth transaction. He was able to fit us in a vehicle that matched our daily needs and we are loving it. Provided excellent customer service. John was willing to explain all aspects of the finance side of things in plain English while providing detailed information of what I was getting into. Extremely patient customer service in a profession often met with suspicion is rare and appreciated. Would recommend anyone give them a chance to get them in a car.

Car shopping and car buying have a reputation for being stressful and/or unpleasant. But it doesn’t have to be that way. I have almost 17 years of sales experience myself and I am allergic to paying “full” price. So, I walked onto the lot as a pretty tough sell. After about 30 minutes of speaking with John F. at this dealership, communicating my boundaries, expectations and asking lots and lots of detailed questions, I was absolutely clear that I wanted to buy my next car from John, period. I trusted that he would knowledgeably address all of my requirements and concerns, take all the time needed to explain and to show me my options and find me the optimal car for my budget. He did all of that and he was a pleasure to work and speak with. I will be buying my cars from John F, from now on. It’s not every day that one stumbles upon gems like John. He was pleasant, efficient & made some solid recommendations for Mexican food in Tigard. Thanks, John! We look forward to being your customers for a long time.

So, I wasn't super sure about this place when I pulled up... The service area has a different company's name on it, and I did not see anywhere else that you could go on their lot for service. I went inside, and was greeted with a nice gentleman who happened to be the mechanic. I came in for just an oil change, and to have my car looked at, since I had purchased it a few months ago from a different dealer. The mechanic was great. He showed me all of the things that I should know about my car, and told me what I should be looking at, and be replacing, etc. I for sure will be back in a few months to get my brakes changed (and upgraded). I would highly recommend this place if you have a Mitsubishi Car or SUV.

I came from a routine maintenance oil change. I called a few days prior to book a appointment. I arrived and was kindly greeted. Lisa was very helpful and explained everything clearly. The services was fast. If you are looking for nice people to not screw you over and waste your time, come here:). 5 star service.

This is the first I went there and Anika was great! She was so nice and easy to talk to. The process was a lot easier than car lots I've gone to in the past. The whole process was pretty seamless. I liked how the store manager figured out my finances first before showing me something I could get. Definitely recommend
