I had a major issue with my local car Mart manager. Which resulted in her asking me if I was slow, and threatened me with pressing charges and hoping I had family to bail me out. I then spoke with Steven the manager at corporate. He acted as if she didn’t do anything wrong. I told him I didn’t want to speak with her because of the way she had treated me. He then offed I have a phone call with her.

Getting really upset with this company. I purchased a 2007 Lexus ES 350 from the carmart of Shawnee Oklahoma. I also purchased the protection plan or whatever and I had to have a water pump replaced and I had to take it to the car dealership as I had no access to car Mart at this time. but during the inspection at eskridge Lexus of Oklahoma City they found that the right CV axle was cracked and leaking I didn't have the 2,000 to have it replaced then so I set up an appointment with car Mart to Shawnee on March 4th 2020 as described item was covered by protection plan. they took it to one of their mechanics and their mechanics found that nothing was quote unquote wrong with it. As I have a detailed description from eskridge Lexus of Oklahoma City I'll let Krista Jamison and their car repair specialist Curtis know. The car was returned to me and then the CV axle started going out the car started shaking violently the vehicle stability control light is off now they're just trying to make me purchase another vehicle protection plan and pay for the repairs that was covered by the protection plan that they already knew about I will leave this is unfair and very own business like I am not paying for repairs that were covered by the protection plan when it was valid and now they're trying to make me pay for the repairs even though they were covered I don't believe so I had I guess his name was Chip CEO or manager or whatever call me and I didn't hear my phone I tried to return the call couldn't get no answer I need somebody to give me a call or email me as I am about to take the car back over and just hand it back over and still owe 3,000 on it because that is very unprofessional and very own business like and I've been nothing but a good customer
