I was talking with Nick about pressure sprayers. I called him back three times yesterday and he was very patient with me. Today when my son and I went in there we worked with Nicole mostly. I’ve worked with Nicole before and she is so professional and friendly and courteous. She is so knowledgeable about the products northern sells! After we bought the 900 pressure washer she said thanks you guys and come again! I will continue to buy products at Northern tool primarily because of knowledge of staff and the great service I’ve always gotten from Nicole!

Some team members like to talk down to you. The others seem friendly. Sometimes it it difficult to get help. I ordered mechanise one to pick-up in-store , and half of my order was cancelled. Browse around their store a bit, and you can find some good deals.

We ordered the kingling cracker as a Xmas gift for our son. We were able to see the item work as our brother-in-law has one and just loves it! Our son and family are avid campers and we think it will be a great gift. We also appreciate the FREE 2 day shipping directly to his home.

Very poor product quality. Here is one their shelves that came apart even during assembly. Cheap, thin stamped steal. Judge for yourself if this is where you want to spend your money.
