*OLD APPLES The apples were so old, you could see where the chocolate turned colors. You could also see where the chocolate has crystallized. *VERY rude/poor service The service SUCKS. The lady working Sunday, 8/06/17, was VERY RUDE. She did not acknowledge our presence for a long time. We had to stand and wait. She didn't say anything like "I will be with you guys in a sec"… NOTHING!!!.. She just ignored us. When she finally helped us, she didn’t say anything like “thanks for waiting” or “Sorry about that”. Even after our transaction, I was the one who had to say “Thank You”. She just walked away and turned her back after handing me my receipt. On top of that, she didn’t cut my apple all the way through to the bottom. It was only cut about halfway through the apple. This made me angry because I could only eat half an apple on the way home… BACK TO TULSA!!!... I had to wait 2 hrs to get to a knife and cut the rest of the apple. My WHOLE family bought apples, giving this place money it wasn't worthy of. You would think we would've gotten better service. *Poor selection They didn’t even carry the Pecan Bear (famous apple at ALL locations I’ve been to). They had a lot of empty spaces where more apple flavors could go but choose to keep them empty. *Poor apple making The apples were not covered all the way with the toppings. On the pecan apples, there were a lot of bald spots where you could STILL see the green apple. Who wants THAT? This is the worst Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory I’ve EVER experienced. I live in Tulsa, OK which is 2 hrs away. My family would come here ALL the time for gourmet apples because we didn’t have a store yet. It used to be great with fantastic apples and service. Now… this place SUCKS!! The owner or corporate needs to look into this location because it’s disgracing Chocolate Factories everywhere. It’ll be a miracle if this place last.

Don't bother calling this place to get any information, they never answer.

My first experience with Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory came with my beautiful Mother's Day bouquet amongst other wonderful gifts through Pro Flowers. The first chocolate I ate was so delicious! I called my son in Hawaii and thanked him for a great decision! There were 8 pieces of chocolate in this gift box that I ate sparingly. Today is July 18th and I just had my very last chocolate. These are the most finest quality made chocolates I've ever had! I am glad I found a location close to me located in Rogers, AR. I love these chocolates and would certainly recommend them as a gift or just to spoil yourself!!

Margaret, old lady on the Auntie Anne's side, is very rude. I won't be back.

I came here two weeks before Valentine's day to order chocolate covered strawberries. I ordered 1/2 a pound, which they state, and I was told was only 10.35. When I came to pick them up I was charged 32.00. When I asked why they were so expensive they told me it's because they are long stemmed strawberries. I told her I didn't order long stem. She told me that's all they have. Then she got the manager, and I said I don't know why these are so expensive. He then told me it's over his head. I grabbed the strawberries I already paid for and left. I will never be coming back here again. I can't believe they had the audacity to do this to their customers.

My wife and I are in lovvveeee with this place, we are treated like good ole fashioned Texas family when we visit every single time. I advise every and anyone to visit this heaven of chocolate. My personal favorite Snickers covered caramel apple is to die for.
