Moved in the area not too long ago from Chicago where you can find a lot of Christian Orthodox churches. I'm happy I found this small church with a great pastor. Everybody seems to be very friendly. If you are in the area and would be interested to visit the church, please do!

My wife & I took our family to St John of Chicago OCA Mission this passed Thursday night for Presanctified Divine Liturgy. We had not attended before, although we know many of the members of that Community. We were made to feel right at home and very welcome indeed. The service, though long and somber for my youngest children, was a joy and beautifully sung. We were invited to stay for an evening communal meal where we were greeted and welcomed all the more. It was lovely to reconnect with so many old friends and new friends alike. Thank you to the entire St John community for the gracious hospitality. Jeremy & Nichole Lourie.
