They squeezed us in when they found out we were sitting on an empty tank, and then the man who filled up our tank stayed an hour trying to help turn it on. He went way beyond what his job entailed and tried to make sure we had heat, on top of that he was patient and kind to my 5 year old who just wanted to know everything he was doing! Definitely gained a loyal customer!

Called after dealing with very rude customer service at startex propane and them saying it would be at least a week because we weren’t a current customer. I then called TriCo and a very nice woman said they could be out the next day. She asked how much propane we had, and I explained we were out. Then 5 minutes later she called back and said they could come by same day! The man who filled up the tank was very nice to family while I wasn’t there. He also took an extra hour or so to check on our HVAC unit to make sure it was safe and working since we haven’t used the heat for at least a year. EXCELLENT customer service all the way around. They went above and beyond to make sure we were warm for Christmas.

Their driver decided to drive across a large section of my property in order to access a neighbors house. The driver did this after a recent rain and left huge ruts across my yard. After contacting the company, they were supposed to fix the large ruts but never did. I would say this is quite unprofessional to destroy people’s property while doing their job. I will have to deal with getting the ruts fixed myself and taking action to be reimbursed for the cost.
