This place is close to where we live, and I really want to like them. This is the second time we have tried lessons there and both times have been terribly disappointing. Both times on the first day the staff was not helpful or even welcoming. Both times we have had to go hunting for where our daughter is supposed to be, people will walk by us and not even acknowledge our existence. I emailed someone from the organization multiple times before the lesson and was not informed of expectations as far as what we needed to bring, as a result our daughter was not able to ride. It became even more frustrating that they did not inform us of this before we left our daughter for the lesson. It was a complete waste of the evening.

It's a nice little center, we did our view renewal by the tree line during the dragonfest in 2018.
I was there to see a friendly small horse show. Looks like a very clean well run place
I can't say enough good things about this place! I've been here 3 years. The indoor arena, the outdoor field and jumps, the quality of people that board and/or train out of this barn are world class! And they even let a simple trail riding gal like me board here! Everyone is nice and there is such a variety of trainers here that you could take any kind of riding lesson you want. Oh, and the prices are comparable, not astronamical, to other local barns.
My balance and confidence has increased exponentially since I've started training under Elizabeth. She is very knowledgeable and observant and a gifted instructor. She knows how to keep you safe while challenging you to push yourself to the next level of riding. SRC is a great community of horse lovers, a great facility to ride and learn in, and a perfect home for my horse.
