We reached out to Jarod with a need for some heavy duty brackets for our house build, and we needed them quickly! We hadn't realized we needed custom-made brackets and without them, our build was going to be delayed by a couple of weeks. Our design called for various angles and knife plates, and on a larger scale. We met with Jarod to give him plans on a Wednesday, and he called the next day to ask us to come by to look at the tacked design before final weld. As soon as we gave the green light, they went to work and had all of our brackets ready by the end of the day on Thursday. They did a great job and were very helpful and professional.

Dropped off plans for a job. Said it would be 6 weeks to complete. After waiting 8 weeks, I called. No answer, no call back. Called again, same result. About 4 months after I dropped off the plans, I physically went back. Nobody in the office. Went into the shop. Talked to somebody who went and saw \Jared\ (the owner and guy I talked to originally). Shop guy comes back out and says Jared told him, \AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN\. Wouldn't even talk to me. Asked for my plans back, no go. Shop guy tried to help me find them. Nowhere to be found. I WOULDN'T WASTE MY TIME HERE if you care about the reliability, professionalism, or just getting what you agreed upon. They're worthless.
