Natalie & I have had the opportunity to represent copious homes throughout Seattle and the Eastside and Andrews Floating Home on Lake Union is one of our all time favorites. The attention to detail and design is an absolute masterpiece admired by everyone who has had the pleasure to see it. From the front of the home inspired by the bow of a vintage classic lake boat, to the 'port hole' in the lower bath, every detail is insightful and designed with intention to maximize space, quality and function. It is an absolute joy to be in the presence of any of Andrews designs. There is no doubt Andrews work is \art\, when acclaimed photographer Ben Benschneider personally takes the time to capture some images.
