My husband and I brought a mini van from Rohrich Mazda. We had a great experience. Our salesperson was knowledgeable. He was patient as we were deciding. He was even fine with my cousin meeting us there to also check out the car as he is a car guy to give us advice on whether it was a good purchase. We purchased the van. The price was fair. The customer service was impressive. I highly highly recommend.

Excellent dealership and Mazda is an excellent car manufacturer. Garage access can be used by customers to drop off your car for service. Car washes are free with a car purchase.
Pat' did an excellent work coordinating our Mazda maintenance and repair. He was very welcoming, listened carefully to our concerns and questions and addressed them properly. Honestly, before this appointment, I had not been back to Rohrich Mazda in 3 years or so due to a former disappointing customer service experience, but this time everything was very different and positive and I plan to be back.
They were really helpful! This was my first ever car buying experience and they definitely set the bar high! Dale especially made the whole process much easier! He was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He really put me at ease and made me feel taken care of during this big step in my life. The whole staff was willing to help me in any way they could! They made everything as fast and easy as possible which was great for an impatient person like me haha! My mother is already considering going back to speak to Dale when she needs a new car!
Jay was amazing...prompt, professional, educated about the car, & quite dapper!! He responded to my email inquiry right away and scheduled a test drive for the next day. I loved the car!
