After having many issues with Suburban when only speaking to customer service reps and the secretary/scheduler, I was able to get into contact with a manager, Adrian, who helped to escalate my concerns. When multiple of my service appointments had been moved and cancelled, Adrian and Phil helped to facilitate a quick fix of my gauge and fill my underground tank. Although I at first doubted that Suburban could provide quality service and was thinking of leaving to initiate service with a different propane company, Adrian and Phil have provided the quality service that was needed for me to stay with Suburban Propane. Thank you so much Adrian and Phil!!

Great service by Michael! He was friendly and efficient. The ladies in the office were helpful and friendly, as well! This was the first time in 18 years, our fireplace has been lit and it looks gorgeous and it was right on time!

I am happy with the service I received during my last refill. The driver was timely and provided professional service. The Customer Service representative was very helpful in ensuring my Customer Appreciation discount offer was honored. This resulted in a much needed savings on my propane bill. I appreciate the excellent service I received from Suburban propane.

Called to report smell of gas inside house.service man came gave excellent service. Then charged me 48 saying the smell was possibly due to low gas in tank. Why charge for our safety?

It did not go well. Travis tried hard to get the pilot light on my heater lit and when he left it was lit but not looking like it should. It went out two days e later. I've called for him to return and someone was supposed to call me but they haven't. Guess I'll have to try again. Ann
