Surprisingly clean rest stop...not particularly scenic, but definitely well maintained. Dog friendly Lots of parking Also next to an active railroad track

It's pretty good. I went to the restrooms and they are clean. The vending machines will take your money mine was taken. But yes there are plenty of places to run the dogs and like I said it's nicely paved and plenty of places to park.
