I’ve been trying to renew my permit for 5 months. Every time I go in I need different paperwork or the requirements changed. The first time we were delayed 5 hours for service and then told to leave. The signs on the door were confusing and not well written. When we came back later, The ladies were unhelpful in their service and the one I was assigned to was downright rude. The building is far too small for the amount of people in there and two of them were not wearing masks. This is downright dangerous and irresponsible but even if this was not during Covid this is one of the most annoying situation I have ever had the displeasure of participating in.

The rudest, most incompetent people I have ever seen. Had to show proof of physical address even though we did last time and it was on the license. No where on renewal card does it say that. So, another trip to do license, but rude girl told me not to come back when I complained. We'll go somewhere else but would sure like to see new management there!!

Always the run around. Always packed. Come back with what they wanted and you don't need it. You need something else instead. They need another building because even before Covid it was extremely unpleasant packing into the tiny waiting area with strangers. Now its downright ignorant.

Do not go here! Make the trip to Jefferson City if possible. The tabilitha woman is a grotesque misguided woman who once we called Jefferson City gave us the wrong information on titling our new vehicle. I’m disgusted at her customer service. She sat there and argued with me for 15mins. She was a b word the whole time. Disgusting mistreatment of a military family.

I just wanted to say that going to the Rolla office after dealing with offices in both Southern California and in Virginia was such a pleasure. Any of the people who gave this office a low rating should go there and then tell me this is a bad office. It was such a pleasure to actually go in and not need a million forms and special papers. In and out in less than an hour which included the special precautions put in place for social distancing. Thank you for not making me anxious about the dmv.
