After having my 400 pound powered wheelchair delivered to a shop in the east bay, and waiting for 3 MONTHS !! and not getting most of the work done I needed, I gave up and found Rollin' Along. I called, made an appointment for a visit to my home 2 days later. Scott visited, ON TIME, and fixed almost every problem with what he had with him, and ordered the parts he needed from the Mfg. in Tennessee. 1 week later, he showed up again at my home, and and completed EVERYTHING!! I wish I could find someone as reliable, to work on - Let's see --My car, home, my medical issues, accountant, ETC!!! THANK YOU SCOTT !! Rollin' along is GREAT !!
When my stair lift stopped working I called for help and received a call back in just a few hours. I was stranded on the second floor. They were concerned and made special arrangements to repair in just 48 hours. They arrived on time and were friendly and energetic. My lift is a ThyssenKrupp flo 2, which is complicated and difficult to work on. At first the battery replacement did not solve the problem, but they kept working until it was successful. What a relief. I recommend them most highly. -- Joseph J

I felt very pressured by the owner to buy more than I needed or could afford. I was actually in tears. (His partner seemed much nicer and much less high pressure, and appeared uncomfortable). He made me doubt the care I was giving my mother. He also then insisted he couldn't just drop of the portable ramp, but but that I need to be there and he needed to show me how to use it. Then he charged me for his time to show me how to set it up, when it was just basic unfolding, on top of the cost of the ramp. Then he informs me I will need to hire someone to drill into the concrete to allow for securing pins to be used (this was not mentioned at all before the purchase). Then he called to follow up on the product a few moths later and asked how it was working out for my 'father'. Ummmmm.
