The best customer service I've had in a long time. No talking with robots and salesmen. Answered all my questions and provided valuable information to what product I needed. Unlike other companies he recommend a cheaper product than what I originally chose because they understand each of their products uses and did not up-sale at all. The carbon monoxide aircraft detector came in well packaged on time and works amazingly. 10/10

Refresh rates, alert times, accuracy, and the illuminated display are not the only things that set this device apart. I found Dr Koz looking for an ozone analyzer and watched a few of his videos before calling him. I found him to be very knowledgable and extremely helpful. He even sat down on his own time and did a bunch of calculations for me to give me the answer I needed (wasn’t the answer I wanted but it was the one I needed). It ended up that I was unable to use any of his products (due to my specialized needs I needed an analyzer for far higher concentrations than he had), but I found him to be very professional and wonderful to work with. If his machines would have worked I would have gone with his products in a heartbeat! If you have any questions, talk to Dr Koz, you’ll be glad you did!
