This is not a reflection of the doctor as I haven't been able to speak to him. My father is on his death bed and I was giving this offices number to get more details for his condition. The staff is very unfriendly and lack empathy during this time. I felt scolded for calling trying to get more information about his condition so I can make informed decisions about his life.
