I was very happy with all the services provided. All personnel I dealt with were helpful. Everyone responded within a day to any questions I had. The only thing I would suggest is to have a single contact person. I dealt with three different people questing financial information and information overlapped a few times. Also the email used in electronic signing of documents could be clearer in what is to be done. It appeared I needed to resubmit some financial info, but after talking with the contact was told do disregard that section.

Four years ago I had had to refinances done with platinum mortgage and now I purchase a new home both times Kelly and his people were great! Kelly really tries to get you the best deal that works for you and is honest upfront about what the numbers will look like and those are pretty much the same numbers you will see on closing.
