I changed my mind about this place. Super hate it. Gives me too much stress than good.. Roaches and mice. Everywhere! no matter how I cleaned. Never did they do any inspection though they waste papers to put on our doorknobs to give us a heads up bout a service inspections or clean out but never happened. Also was tired asking for the mouse traps.. now we were not in the place anymore but still annoys me is , wait for it this is my tripping point ,when they sent a refund of 50 dollars somethings I can not deposit it at all. They said they can not do anything about it. Yo U mean they can not do anything about anything? I'm still amazed in a negative way how they can never seem to make anything work out. Wow just wow. Also Mario always say he doesn't know what to do. He is the manager! How on earth.. anyways never try living here.. there are better options.. skip this place please.

I have lived at the Preserve since February 2020. When I moved in things seemed to be ok at first. Now we have a mouse problem and roaches in the laundry room. We have four washing machines for the entire building. One of the washing machines has been broke for a few weeks. You can not use hot water in any of the machines to wash your laundry or the machine gets stuck and you lose your money. If you want a refund you have to call the number on the machine. The preserve is not responsible. They are not keeping up with the property. I will be moving out next month. The conditions are becoming deplorable. The green carpet in the hallways gives out odors that make you gag. The dog park no longer has bags to clean up after your dog. None of the employees know the answers to any of your questions. They never make notes in the computer that you called had a complaint or even a question you need answered.

the move was very fast, without inconvenience the apartment is super comfortable, so far without problems, the maintenance staff responded quickly to my requests

I wanted to add a review for this complex! I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE IN THIS COMPLEX! why? because this complex is experiencing a big bug problem and have not been resolved yet! If you are going to spend your money and live somewhere that you dont have to worry about begs coming from your drain, sinks, walls and etc don't considered this place. The management sent terminator to the complex but it has not fixed the problem. The only time the bugs slows down or you dont see any or much is when its cold outside. When it warms up! Oh boy its a problem.
