Dry and dusty of course. Border state park. Stay on the side of US if in the lake for safety. Took the 2.8 miles look around the park. Do it early and bring water and good shoes. Fun day. Join Texas State Parks.

Great place to come in the winter time for warm temperatures. Plenty of birds to watch and listen to. About four or five miles of trails to walk. If you're into fishing there is always the lake. All sites are pull-throughs with 30 and 50 amp service and the current is good. Excellent cell phone service on Verizon network.

It's good that we had electricity and water in our campsite. A nice thing is that there is awning over the benches and you don't need canopy. There was severe wind almost every night and it's hard to stay in the tent (if you are planning to). At nights boars and some other animals come to the campsite. It was good in total The only problem is, the hicking trails are not that great.

Falcon State park was excellent. We had 3 bars constant and 4 bats intermittent of Verizon. Water pressure was good and electric was a solid 120 volts ac. We could see the Rio grande rive from are site and hear the wind turbine at night. Very quiet and piece full every night no road noises. Clear skies for viewing the stars was epic really.
