Great place to see and hear Mexico across the Rio Grande. Birds, too. Google maps take you to the historic village square, but you can park there and walk over towards the Rio Grande, turn right and you will see the overlook area. Your phone may also say: \Welcome to Mexico\ so refrain from texting or calling while here as you may incur international phone fees.

Platform overlooking the river and mexico. No water features nothing to draw in birds just a historic warehouse district and a water plant. Do not waste your time.

The Roma World Birding Center is alive and well. It is opened 7 days a week from October through April and on weekends the rest of the year. During the birding season they feed bird adjacent to the center and on the Roma Bluff overlook one half a block away.
